We had a really good experience using the ride access pass at Cbeebies Land which reduces queuing times.
We went on practically all the rides there with our son who has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He just loved Cbeebies land! The most we had to queue for a ride was 10 minutes once we showed the pass. Not having to queue really helped our son have an enjoyable experience here. He especially loved the ‘In the night garden magical boat ride’. This is one of his favourite TV shows and the ride lived up to all of our expectations.
Definitely a thumbs up from us. We would highly recommend using this pass.
To get the ride access pass we applied online at https://www.altontowers.com/useful-info/additional-needs/
We attached a letter online from our GP that stated our son’s diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and that queueing should be avoided were possible. Our ride access pass was available for us when we got there when we showed his passport and GP letter.

Cbeebies Land is part of Alton Towers, England. To get there we flew from Dublin Airport to Manchester Airport and then hired a car and drove to the Alton Towers resort.
